The Company’s primary business is Office Cleaning, Floor Stripping and Finishing Floor Maintenance and Carpet Cleaning. Tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning and shampooing of carpets and trash removal.  Sanitation procedures are followed to keep kitchens and restrooms exceptionally clean.  In addition, the Company sells cleaning supplies and paper product supplies. The territory is principally Cortland and Tompkins County.  Sales are accomplished through the owner. The primary marketing and sales mechanism is through direct selling and referrals from established customers.

The Company buys and sells all of its products in a competitive marketplace. The Company has no proprietary products or exclusive rights to sell its products. There are several competitors within the market range of the Company all selling similar products. Competition is based primarily on professional, prompt and courteous service.
